At GlobalTechCore, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. This Refund and Returns Policy explains your rights and our obligations regarding refunds, exchanges, and cancellations. It applies to all purchases made through our website, including exam vouchers, dumps, training courses, and bundles.

2. Exam Vouchers

2.1 Unused, Unregistered Vouchers

Exam vouchers that have not been used, registered, or scheduled with the certification vendor are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase. A $15 processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover administrative and vendor restocking costs.

2.2 Used, Registered, or Expired Vouchers

Not eligible for refund. Once a voucher code has been revealed, registered to a candidate, or used to schedule an exam, it cannot be returned. Expired vouchers cannot be refunded or extended by GlobalTechCore; however, some vendors offer paid extensions directly.

2.3 Voucher Extensions

We cannot extend voucher expiration dates. Please contact the certification vendor directly for extension options (fees may apply).

3. Dumps & Practice Q&A

Digital products are generally non-refundable. Due to the instant, irrevocable nature of digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds once a dump has been downloaded or accessed via our test engine.

3.1 Exceptions (File Corruption)

If the file you downloaded is corrupted, incomplete, or unreadable, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, we will issue a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order ID and a description of the issue.

3.2 Accuracy Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our dumps. If you find a verified error in our Q&A (wrong answer, typo, outdated objective), and our team confirms it, we will issue a 20% credit toward your next purchase or a full refund in exceptional cases.

4. Training & Bootcamps

4.1 Live, Instructor-Led Training

Cancellations and refunds for live bootcamps are based on the time remaining before the course start date:

  • 14+ days before start: 100% refund (minus $25 admin fee)
  • 7–13 days before start: 50% refund
  • 3–6 days before start: 25% refund
  • Less than 48 hours or after start: No refund; credit toward future course (valid 12 months)

4.2 Self-Paced Training

Self-paced courses (pre-recorded videos, labs) are non-refundable once access has been granted. If you have not logged in or accessed any content within 14 days of purchase, you may request a refund (subject to 15% restocking fee).

4.3 Course Transfers

You may transfer your registration to another batch or to another person once, at no cost, up to 7 days before the start date. Transfers requested within 7 days incur a $50 fee.

5. Bundles & Packages

Bundles (e.g., Voucher + Dumps, Training + Voucher + Job Support) are eligible for refunds as follows:

  • If no component has been used/downloaded: Full refund (minus $25 admin fee) within 30 days.
  • If one or more digital components have been downloaded: Refund is prorated based on the retail value of the unused components, minus admin fees. The used components are non-refundable.
  • If training has started or voucher registered: Only unused components may be refunded (e.g., job support).

Example: Security+ Ultimate Bundle ($399) – Voucher ($235) + Dumps ($39) + Job Support ($149). If dumps downloaded, refund = $235 (voucher) + $149 (job support) - $25 admin = $359.

6.2 Processing Timeline

Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after approval. Credit card refunds may take an additional 2-5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank. PayPal and cryptocurrency refunds are usually instantaneous.

7. Non-Refundable Items & Exceptions

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

  • Any voucher where the code has been revealed, registered, or scheduled
  • Expired vouchers
  • Downloaded dumps or accessed test engine (except corruption)
  • Self-paced courses after login/access
  • Job support packages after the first coaching session
  • Donations or partner contributions
  • Gift cards

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to be fraudulent or abusive (e.g., repeat requests for the same product, attempting to refund used vouchers).

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably.

If you file a chargeback without first requesting a refund through our policy:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended.
  • Any unused vouchers or credits will be forfeited.
  • You will be permanently banned from future purchases.
  • We may dispute the chargeback with evidence of delivery and your agreement to these terms.
